What is Download Meter?
Download meter is a simple program to show you in real time what the download speed of any file you choose is. Simply enter any URL (preferably to a large download file) and watch as the program displays the average speed at which your downloading that file. This program is completely FREE. Visual Basic Runtime Files. These files must be installed on any computer in order to run programs written in Visual Basic. The program will not work without these files being installed.
